01 No health claimsNo health, therapeutic, medical or disease related claim about Yavelle in any published or recorded material. This includes energy, sleep, weight, immunity, cellular function and any named condition. We supply approved wording you may use.
02 No marketplacesNot on Amazon, eBay, Catch, Kogan, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Temu or any other third party marketplace or auction site, in any territory. Your own website is fine.
03 Australia, New Zealand and the United States onlyNo selling, shipping, exporting or onward supply to any other territory, and no sub distributors.
04 PricingIn the United States, a minimum advertised price policy applies, restricting advertised prices only and not the price at which you sell. In Australia and New Zealand our RRP is a recommendation and nothing more.
